Hi, I am Eduardo Cumplido

Chemical engineer by training and a finance professional since 2010. I began my career as a currency analyst, specialising in developing and optimising automated trading systems and in building risk management frameworks for private clients. For six years I was the manager of an investment fund based on quantitative strategies at a wealth manager in Andorra. Today I work on automation applied to finance and to the actuarial sector. I hold the European Financial Advisor (EFA) and European Investment Practitioner (EIP) certifications.

CloudPortfolios is my personal project to bring together two areas I have worked in for years: financial markets and software development. The project brings together tools to analyse and build investment portfolios and to study trading systems and portfolios, MetaTrader products written in MQL5, and educational content on investing, trading, quantitative analysis and risk management. The aim is to make concepts that are often complex more accessible, turning them into practical, transparent and understandable tools, analyses and content.
